As a former Managing Director and Executive Director  having led global teams, profit centres, and high-stakes business decisions across some of the world’s most competitive organisations  I didn’t just observe what makes a leader commanding. I was that leader. And I learned, from the inside, exactly what separates the people who rise from the people who plateau.
